Shakinah S. Bullock is the CEO of the Charmed I'm Sure Etiquette Program and brings over 30 years of experience in the hospitality field. Since the age of 14, Shakinah has been dedicated to serving her community and helping others. She has empowered countless young people by providing them with a deeper understanding of etiquette and good manners.

Passionate about educating children, young adults, and adults, Shakinah believes in guiding her students through the importance of etiquette and how mastering these skills can elevate their future endeavors. Her approach focuses on practical application, ensuring her students are well-equipped to navigate life with confidence and grace.

Outside of her work, Shakinah enjoys contributing to her church, singing, dancing in her car, and playing billiards, all of which bring a balanced perspective to her role in leading the Charmed I'm Sure Etiquette Program.
